Where It All Began
Actually, It's Kind Of A Funny Story.....
In 2019, hobbyist photographer Chris Weaver was approached by an urgent message request on Facebook. A bride who was due to be married that day had her photographer pull out last minute and they were at a complete loss. Chris had been photographing a few months at this point with his best friend Sam Waters and enjoyed this pastime hugely, but had no intention of furthering this to anything more than a bit of fun.
Needless to say, Chris took this challenge as an opportunity to do something new. He had no expectation going into it but little did he know that he would fall in love with weddings from that day onwards.
With Sam being Chris' best friend and a natural talent to photography, Chris expressed to Sam the amazing feeling of photographing someone's wedding day. Naturally, Sam wanted in on this feeling then and there, and so, Weaver & Waters wedding photography was born.
The first few months were quiet, however not long into the start of the business, couples were curious and brave enough to take a chance on a couple of tattooed newbies with very little portfolio. Thankfully, because of them, Weaver & Waters as a business could progress to the level of award winning service that is provided to this day.
Weaver & Waters wedding photography now has blossomed into a group of several photographers, experienced in the art of capturing couples' gorgeous wedding days, all performing under the same banner and philosophy....

Thank you Chris for being so patient and understanding with us during this uncertain time. A great experience so far, we absolutely loved our engagement shots that have taken pride of place in our home. Chris was brilliant at helping us feel relaxed and comfortable around the camera during this shoot. We both were very nervous about the photo element of the wedding, but Chris was brilliant at talking it through and getting some really lovely and relaxed shots. Roll on April and finally getting to capture our special day!

Both Chris and Sam were professional and friendly. They were flexible with our situation as we had to postpone be of Covid. We would never have know they were around yet the photos they produced were fantastic. You can feel their passion for what they do in the way they conduct themselves and how far they go to get the perfect shot. They were brilliant with the children on the day, especially with our son. We were let down by our photographer at the last minute, chris was looking for a first wedding shoot to do and we snapped up the chance, I honestly could not be any happier, the photos we have are incredible, he made us feel so comfortable, did exactly as we asked and the photos were just perfect. He also edited and sent them over so fast! Genuinely could not be any happier, not much went right on the day but we have these incredible photos to remember the good parts!! Where do I start ?
Honestly these guys were just incredible!
Not only did they both travel 4 hours to our wedding venue. They also made it so relaxed, enjoyable and fun! We have already seen some photos and they are honestly just amazing, everything we both wanted. Both Chris and Sam are so professional and really know what they are doing, you can also see how much they love what they do! Our guests complimented them throughout the day, they were also really good with our little girl who is only three. So thank you so much Chris and Sam we can’t recommend you enough!!

Not sure where to even start Chris has been amazing from the start with answering all my questions but also providing some amazing engagement shoot photos. Then on the wedding day Sam came along too, both photographers have so much talent. But they are also providing such an excellent service, relaxed, professional and then smashing the photos. We would highly recommend Chris & Sam. We booked them back in 2019 and didn't get married until 2021, our wedding was cancelled and plans were changed even on the day. With all this going on Chris & Sam were amazing and very accommodating. They made us feel at ease with having our photos. All our guest were also very happy with the photographers and I had lots of feedback saying how they worked very well with each other and the bridal party. Sam even went the extra mile and carried my daughters medical bag around with him to avoid it being in the pictures and keeping it safe 😀
These two are the perfect duo photographers. We have another photo shoot booked with the guys and we are rely looking forward to it.

Chris and Sam were brilliant to work with in the run up to our wedding, on our big say and after the wedding. They put us totally at ease and guests thought we had known them as friends for years. We love our pictures and delivered in a keepsake box with a card and bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend them

I don’t know where to start. I honestly don’t think any review could do these guys justice. Every attention to detail was well thought through.
They were a pleasure to share our day with and couldn’t have made us feel more special from start to finish.
Post event the care continued. The box with our photos arrived packaged beautifully 🥰 with some added Prosecco and a candle. The photos are out of this world and we couldn’t have captured our day more accurately. So well thought out. All so eco too. They sealed it with their trade name in wax too. Every attention to detail was perfected. Just love their style. Phenomenal. Fully recommended
